At the risk of sounding incredibly pretentious,
my creative process
is affected by the
following tenets:
- Trust your intuition.
- The indomitable human spirit will survive.
- There is good in humanity.
- There is evil in humanity.
- There is a neutral force in humanity.
- Art is inherently political.
- Do good in this world simply for good’s sake.
- Everyone and everything makes art.
- The Altogether Beautiful resides in all creatures
- We all search for solutions elsewhere when we already have the answers.
- New life and death reside in us all.
- Nothing matters therefore everything matters.
- Escapism is a double-edged sword held by the blade.
- There are people in this world that can change.
- There are people in this world that will never change.
- Your mind doesn’t tell you the truth.
